La clave est\u00e1 en centrarte en el aspecto emocional e imaginar c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 tu vida cuando consigas tu objetivo. <strong>Esto ser\u00e1 clave en esos momentos dif\u00edciles en los que est\u00e1s pensando en rendirte y necesitas algo de inspiraci\u00f3n para seguir adelante.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2. \u00bfEs su objetivo concreto y mensurable?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Todo el mundo sabe que un objetivo debe ser espec\u00edfico, medible y alcanzable. Esto puede resultar dif\u00edcil para algunos prop\u00f3sitos abstractos como \"estar m\u00e1s sano\" o \"ser m\u00e1s considerado con los dem\u00e1s\". Afortunadamente, el aprendizaje de idiomas puede dividirse f\u00e1cilmente en peque\u00f1os pasos en funci\u00f3n del punto de partida.
