En Jaleo Madrid, tenemos un gran n\u00famero de clases con gente de Estados Unidos, especialmente durante el verano. Cada a\u00f1o, en estas clases, o\u00edmos los mismos falsos amigos entre el ingl\u00e9s y el espa\u00f1ol. Es un error que se repite a menudo entre los estudiantes de espa\u00f1ol cuya lengua materna es el ingl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

No s\u00f3lo los angloparlantes: Errores comunes para todos los estudiantes de espa\u00f1ol<\/h2>\n

De hecho, no s\u00f3lo las personas de pa\u00edses de habla inglesa cometen este tipo de errores. Como el ingl\u00e9s est\u00e1 tan extendido en todos los \u00e1mbitos, muchos estudiantes que tambi\u00e9n lo hablan cometen los mismos errores. Y no s\u00f3lo ellos: los hispanohablantes nativos se enfrentan a dificultades similares cuando intentan expresarse en ingl\u00e9s.<\/strong>. De hecho, muchos de estos errores se han hecho tan comunes en espa\u00f1ol que ahora se utilizan con m\u00e1s frecuencia que las palabras que realmente cumplen esa funci\u00f3n. Ya nadie \"postula\" a una oferta de trabajo; todo el mundo \"solicita\".<\/p>\n

En Jaleo Madrid<\/a>hemos trabajado para recopilar una lista de falsos amigos de ayer y de hoy:<\/p>\n

\"Actualmente\" vs. \"Actually\"<\/h2>\n

Esta palabra se confunde a menudo con \"en realidad\". Es decir, los estudiantes la usan cuando quieren decir \"en realidad\". Este conector se une a la pesadilla de \"al final del d\u00eda\", traducido palabra por palabra del ingl\u00e9s, cuando los hispanohablantes s\u00f3lo piensan en dormir al final del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n

\"Embarazado\/a\" no significa avergonzado\/a<\/h2>\n

Las clases de espa\u00f1ol est\u00e1n llenas de embarazos no deseados. No me malinterpreten, estamos hablando ling\u00fc\u00edsticamente, ya que \"avergonzado\" se cuela en el idioma, sustituyendo a \"avergonzado\". Las caras rojas de los que se dan cuenta de su error son un cl\u00e1sico en las escuelas de ELE (Espa\u00f1ol como Lengua Extranjera).<\/p>\n

\"Aplicar\" frente a \"Postular\" para ofertas de empleo<\/h2>\n

Como hemos dicho antes, este error tambi\u00e9n lo cometen los hispanohablantes nativos, sobre todo cuando hablan de oportunidades laborales o de estudio. Por supuesto, es una palabra menos pomposa que \"postular\", pero en nuestra mente, \"postular a un empleo\" suena como si estuvi\u00e9ramos untando pomada en la oferta de trabajo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"Realizar\" en lugar de \"Darse Cuenta\"<\/h2>\n

Tenemos que admitir que \"darse cuenta\" es una frase un poco m\u00e1s complicada que \"realizar\", as\u00ed que es comprensible que los estudiantes prefieran simplificar el lenguaje. Quiz\u00e1 por eso es uno de los falsos amigos m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de corregir.<\/p>\n

\"Introducir\" frente a \"Presentar\" Alguien<\/h2>\n

Otro error que provoca muchas caras de sonrojo cuando se sustituye el verbo \"presentar\" o \"conocer\" a alguien. Este falso amigo suele ir acompa\u00f1ado de otro error cada vez m\u00e1s com\u00fan entre los hispanohablantes nativos: \"conocer a alguien por primera vez\".<\/p>\n
