Are you looking for a hands-on, meaningful Erasmus+ internship in Madrid? Finding the right host organization (empresa de acogida) can be challenging. Many students end up in large corporations doing repetitive administrative work, with very little actual learning or cultural immersion.

En Jaleo Madrid, we do things differently. As a boutique Spanish language school located in the vibrant Barrio de Salamanca, we offer international students a unique, immersive, and real-world working experience in the heart of Spain’s capital.

A Real Success Story: Elena’s 4-Week Internship Experience

Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming Elena, an Erasmus+ student from Italy, who joined our team for a 4-week internship program.

Because we are an agile and close-knit team, Elena didn’t spend her month making coffee or photocopying documents. From day one, she took on real responsibility across two core areas of our school:

Writing blog posts optimized for digital audiences.

Conducting market research and analyzing social media metrics.

Contributing fresh ideas to our digital presence.

Building and organizing targeted outreach databases.

Researching potential global partners and international contacts.

Learning how an educational center operates behind the scenes.

In just four weeks, Elena became a key contributor to our day-to-day operations while experiencing exponential growth in both her professional confidence and her language skills.
