🎯 Which DELE Session Should You Choose?

1. DELE A2 for Spanish Citizenship / Fast Track

If you are applying for Spanish nationality by residency, the DELE A2 (or higher) is mandatory.

  • Options: In 2027, DELE A2 is available across all 7 examination calls (February, April, May, July, September, October, November).

  • Tip: Pair your DELE A2 preparation with the CCSE (Constitutional and Cultural Knowledge of Spain) exam for a smooth citizenship process.

2. DELE B2 / C1 for University & Work

Most Spanish universities require a Niveau B2 for undergraduate degrees and B2/C1 for master’s programs or professional accreditation.

  • Best sessions: April, May, July, and November.

  • Important: DELE results usually take around 2 to 3 months to be released. If you need your certificate for university admissions starting in September 2027, aim to take the April 2, 2027 exam or earlier to receive your grades in time!

3. DELE C2 for Professional Excellence

The highest level of Spanish proficiency (C2) is held only twice a year: May 22 et November 13.
