Cómo hacer un pedido

Los usuarios del sitio web pueden navegar por el sitio y llenar su carrito de compras. Para completar la compra, es indispensable que proporcione cierta información obligatoria.

Una vez que hayas seleccionado el curso que deseas, simplemente haz clic en el botón “AÑADIR A LA CESTA”. Al añadir un servicio a tu cesta de la compra, podrás ver automáticamente el estado de toda tu cesta. En ese momento, podrás elegir seguir comprando o tramitar tu pedido. Si sigues comprando, tu cesta de la compra será visible en todo momento en la esquina superior derecha de la pantalla. Conclusión del contrato

Precio

Jaleo Madrid Idiomas S. Coop. está exento de incluir el Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido (IVA) por ser un centro legalmente autorizado y los precios ofrecidos están indicados en euros.

Los clientes pueden descargar la factura de sus compras iniciando sesión con su contraseña de usuario y accediendo a su historial de pedidos. Sin embargo, los clientes pueden solicitar una copia de la factura correspondiente en cualquier momento, ya sea en formato electrónico o en papel, a su discreción.

Métodos de pago

El método de pago de las compras se seleccionará durante el proceso de compra y el pago, dependiendo del método elegido, se realizará al finalizar dicho proceso y será condición indispensable para la formalización de la compra.

El pago se realizará principalmente a través de los siguientes medios.

Derecho de desistimiento

Descripción del derecho de desistimiento

Tiene derecho a rescindir este contrato dentro de los 14 días naturales sin necesidad de indicar ningún motivo.

El período de desistimiento comenzará el día en que se contrate formalmente el curso, programa de formación o servicio educativo a través de nuestro sitio web o de cualquiera de nuestras vías de inscripción.

Para ejercer tu derecho de desistimiento, debes comunicarnos tu decisión de desistir mediante una declaración inequívoca, que puedes enviar a [email protected].

Puedes usar el formulario de retiro de muestra que proporcionamos, aunque su uso no es obligatorio.

Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con enviar la comunicación relativa al ejercicio de este derecho antes de que expire el plazo correspondiente.

Consecuencias de la abstinencia

En caso de desistimiento, te reembolsaremos todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de ti sin demora indebida y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días naturales a partir de la fecha en que recibamos tu notificación de desistimiento.

El reembolso se realizará utilizando el mismo medio de pago utilizado para la transacción inicial, a menos que usted indique expresamente lo contrario y siempre que esto no suponga ningún coste para usted.

No habrá costos por devolución, ya que no se trata de bienes físicos, aunque pueden aplicarse las reglas relativas al uso del servicio.

De conformidad con el artículo 108.3 de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, si usted ha solicitado que la prestación del servicio de formación comience dentro del período de desistimiento, se le podrá exigir el pago de una cuantía proporcional por la parte del curso efectivamente prestada hasta el momento de la notificación del desistimiento.

Bajo ninguna circunstancia se reembolsarán importes correspondientes a clases ya impartidas, tutorías realizadas, materiales descargados o acceso a contenido digital que haya utilizado.

Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento

De conformidad con el artículo 103 de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, el derecho de desistimiento no se aplicará a los contratos relativos a:

It will be necessary to report the incident via email within a reasonable period of time after its detection, providing the necessary information to identify the problem.

Once the incident has been verified and provided that it is appropriate, a refund will be made using the same payment method used.

Guarantees

All courses and services offered on the website are covered by the legal guarantee in accordance with the conditions established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.

It shall be understood that obligations shall be suspended for the period during which the force majeure continues, and we shall have an extension of the period for fulfilling said obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the force majeure.

We will use all reasonable means to end the force majeure event or to find a solution that allows us to fulfil our obligations despite the force majeure event.

Industrial and intellectual property

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and other industrial and intellectual property rights in the materials or content provided as part of the website belong to us or to those who have granted us a licence to use them.

No waiver by us of any of these Terms and Conditions or of any rights or actions arising from a contract shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is formalised and communicated to you through the various means of contact you have provided us with.

Partial invalidity

If any of these Terms and Conditions or any provision of a contract is declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force and shall not be affected by such declaration of nullity.

Our right to modify these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. We will keep you informed of any substantial changes made to them. These changes will not be retroactive and, except for possible exceptions depending on the specific case, will be applicable 10 days after the date of their publication in the corresponding notice. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer’s domicile for the resolution of conflicts, waiving any other jurisdiction.

Comments, suggestions, complaints and claims

Your comments and suggestions are welcome. Please send us your comments and suggestions, as well as any queries, complaints or claims, using our contact form, by telephone or by post or email.

Additional academic, operational and administrative conditions

  • The school does not guarantee specific teachers, classrooms or schedules and reserves the right to make the necessary planning changes, including relocating classes to a nearby building for logistical reasons.
  • Travel costs, food and drink, examination fees and entrance charges levied by third parties are not included in the course price.
  • The minimum number of students in a group is three. The school reserves the right to cancel lessons with fewer than three students. Students may resume lessons when more students join the group, or their remaining credit may be proportionally transferred to one-to-one lessons.
  • One class is equivalent to 55 minutes in all courses.
  • Intensive lessons may take place in the morning or afternoon. Students are placed in the group corresponding to their level. Time slot preferences may be communicated but cannot be guaranteed.
  • The number of weeks required to complete a level is approximate. The school reserves the right to shorten or extend levels depending on group needs. No refunds will be issued if a level is shortened, provided that content is adequately covered. If a level is extended, students must purchase the additional classes required.
  • Purchasing a specific number of weeks does not imply an obligation to complete a level.
  • The school does not guarantee a specific teacher nor the continuity of the same teacher throughout a course.
  • At the end of each level, group students must take an exam unless absent for justified reasons. Voluntary exams may be taken for a fee of 50 euros and last two hours.
  • The school may modify group schedules due to internal logistics with prior written notice.
  • There is no fixed number of hours required to complete private lesson levels.
  • In weeks with public holidays, intensive and semi-intensive courses must be paid in full and will be compensated with private lessons.
  • The school does not offer free trial lessons.
  • Public holidays do not reduce credit for part-time courses.
  • Beginner-level courses have specific start dates.
  • Discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively or extended to course renewals. Third-party discount information is not binding.
  • Only intensive face-to-face courses are eligible for student visas. Online lessons are not permitted.
  • Visa programmes require upfront payment and minimum attendance of 80 percent. Holidays must be requested in advance.
  • Refunds for visa denials are subject to administrative fees and notice periods. No refunds are issued after course start.
  • Cancellation conditions vary by course type and notice period.

  • Payments must be made in euros. Certain payment methods are not accepted. Proof of payment may be required.

Public holidays

Somos una cooperativa fundada y dirigida por profesores. Además de nuestra estudiantes necesidades, nuestro trabajadores necesidades son muy importante, y proporcionamos bien trabajando condiciones para ellos.
